At the subrecipient level, Chase served as a consultant to local organizations in Southwest Louisiana, supporting FEMA Public Assistance grant management following Hurricanes Laura and Delta. His field experience also includes serving as a Task Force Lead and Debris Monitor during California’s 2018 Camp Fire response.
