This website is owned and operated by The McGee Method LLC. The Recovery Hub Pro software platform is owned and operated by Recovery Hub Pro LLC. These are separate legal entities under common ownership. By accessing this website or the Recovery Hub Pro Platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Entities and Relationship

This website is owned and operated by The McGee Method LLC (“McGee Method”). The Recovery Hub Pro software platform, portal, and underlying systems (the “Platform”) are owned and operated by Recovery Hub Pro LLC. The McGee Method LLC and Recovery Hub Pro LLC are separate legal entities under common ownership. Consulting services are offered solely by The McGee Method LLC. Software access, platform functionality, and system architecture are owned exclusively by Recovery Hub Pro LLC. Depending on the services you use, your relationship may be with one or both entities, as governed by these Terms and any separate written agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or the Recovery Hub Pro Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Use of this site or Platform does not establish a client, fiduciary, or legal relationship unless a separate written agreement is executed.

3. Consulting Services

All consulting services are provided exclusively by The McGee Method LLC.
Consulting services are governed by a separate written agreement.
No guarantees are made regarding FEMA eligibility, funding, determinations, or timelines.
The McGee Method LLC provides advisory and support services only and does not act as a government agency.

4. Platform Access and Use

Access to the Recovery Hub Pro Platform may be provided through consulting engagements, pilot programs, demonstrations, or separate licensing agreements.
Platform access may be suspended, limited, or terminated for violations of these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity conducted under your account.

5. Uploads and User Content

You may upload documents related to authorized recovery, grant, or consulting activities.
You represent that you have the legal right to upload all submitted materials.
You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of uploaded content.
You are responsible for redacting unnecessary Personally Identifiable Information (PII) prior to upload.
Neither entity independently verifies submitted materials unless expressly contracted in writing.

6. Intellectual Property Ownership

The McGee Method LLC: All consulting materials, templates, training content, documentation tools, and written deliverables are proprietary to The McGee Method LLC unless otherwise stated. Recovery Hub Pro LLC: The Platform, including software code, system architecture, workflows, automation logic, interface design, dashboards, data structures, and operational methodology are proprietary and owned exclusively by Recovery Hub Pro LLC. No ownership rights are transferred through use of the site or Platform.

7. Limited License

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform and materials solely for internal business purposes and only for the duration authorized. This license does not include ownership, resale rights, sublicensing, or derivative use.

8. Software Licensing and Future Availability

The Recovery Hub Pro Platform is a licensable software system owned exclusively by Recovery Hub Pro LLC. Access provided through consulting engagements does not constitute a software license unless expressly stated in a separate written license agreement. Recovery Hub Pro LLC may offer future standalone licensing to municipalities, consulting firms, government entities, or other organizations under separate terms and pricing.

9. Prohibited Uses

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code
Replication of workflows, system logic, dashboards, or output structure
Use of bots or automated data extraction tools
Unauthorized credential sharing or access
Competitive use or platform imitation

10. Enforcement and Protection

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, derivative use, or competitive replication of McGee Method or Recovery Hub Pro materials is strictly prohibited and will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All content and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability of either entity shall not exceed the amount paid for the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The McGee Method LLC and Recovery Hub Pro LLC from any claims arising from your use of the site, Platform, or uploaded content.

14. Compliance Notice

References to FEMA policy, 2 CFR Part 200, or related guidance are informational only. Final determinations are made solely by government authorities.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any separate written agreement, constitute the complete understanding between the parties.

18. Final Notice

Use of this website or Platform does not create a client relationship unless expressly agreed to in writing.
